		<description>For wordpress bloggers out there, there is a backup plugin that you can configure to run automatically on an hourly/daily/weekly basis that backs up all your tables. Very easy to configure, the backed up files can be saved or even emailed to you.

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t say &quot;goodbye XP, hello Vista&quot; is good news by my experiences of it over the last 4 months - It&#039;s not compatible with pretty much anything and it seems to crash more often than Windows95 used to. Still, it does look pretty ;)</description>
