Ducks in Brazil
Posted under: Last month we came up with the idea to “go on holiday with our users”! Rather than us go with them they would take one of our yellow plastic ducks with them, take some pictures and then send the duck back to us. The aim, to see how many pictures/locations can be made.
The initial response was good, lots of volunteers and ducks sent out. The first set of destinations included Dubai, Brazil, Exeter and Barcelona. The big worry was “would it work” – well the first pictures are in and they’re fantastic.
Click Here and see the Loquax Duck (no.4 now known as Carmen) in Rio, Brazil! That’s right. One of our users took a yellow duck to Brazil and we have photos to prove it. There are currently 12 ducks on their travels, other destinations include Vietnam, New York, Nice and Calais. We have a list of volunteers ready to take up the duck challenge.
