Ago-Knee

A long time ago I hurt it whilst playing football – over the years it’s hurt but nothing too bad but over the weekend (doing the joyful task of gardening) I tweaked something and since then it’s been sore. Apparently I’m not allowed to lift anything so Jude is now in the garden whilst i have my feet up!
Apparently Glucosamine is a useful supplement to take to aid the growth of health cartilege. It’s popular amongst the older generation, but if stops my knee hurting it might be worth considering!
