Thank You Affiliate Window and Borders

When Affiliate Window launched their christmas competition – Raffle Bonanza – I have to admit that it didn’t really appeal to me. Prizes and incentives are great, but on face value it looked a bit of an impossibility to win anything. To get entries into the weekly raffle you needed to make sales at the selected merchants of the week – and every week the merchants were ones where we’d probably never make a sale or perhaps had links with another network (sorry AW).

So it was a nice surprise to see, for week 6, our affiliate number appear on the winners video!

So it’s a big thanks to Affiliate Window and prize sponsors Borders. We’ve won, according to the video, a new book every month for a year and £200 of vouchers. Hooray!

Now Loquax as a company is split between Swansea and Huddersfield and this prize, provided I’ve got the address details right, will be heading to my business partner up north who loves books (in fact she has more books than most libraries – banana boxes full of em!!!) – so it’s a great prize for her and her bloke!

And even better than that it’s nice to know that prizes don’t always head off to the usual PPC, cashback and mighty code affiliates – there’s still a glimmer of hope for everyone else!
