I find it very hard to justify any of these new networks, without unique USPs and clients I don't understand my motivation for doing so. And from a merchant side, without USPs and unique publishing tools I can't understand why I'd place a client with them. I'd be more excited by a new contextual network than an affiliate network these days - there's nothing new to see. I agree with yourself and Kieron mate.
