Today (December 3rd) will see the first UK TV commercial for a cashback site. The advert for Cashback.co.uk, a Greasypalm clone, can be seen here and a discussion about the advert features on affiliates4u. Now the last time I commented on a “first” for a cashback site several toys were chucked from the pram so hard hats at the ready as we’re going in….

Personally I think they’ve missed a massive opportunity with their “safe” TV ad!

Imagine the impact they could have with an advert featuring The Mighty Alan Partridge complete with ragga soundtrack…
