Whilst it may well be great to see Red Letter Days doing this, they are by far the first merchant to do it.

For example, Mobiles.co.uk launched a similar system back late September where they stopped issuing codes and instead issued bespoke links - the free gift or discount would automatically appear in your basket and there would be no "code" box as there was previously.

They also offered unique free gifts based on the commission that you wanted to receive, so the better the exclusive gift, the lower the commission, but the higher the conversion.

I'm sure we could get soem data to share if this is something you are interested in.

Cheers

It's a confusion. If you say "Save 10% Off - No Code required" and there's one price listed or two prices listed, one struck out. Does the customer expect to get a further 10% discount on top of the price that is displayed. I say yes.
You need a further prompt at checkout that says "Final price VoucherSite.co.uk 10% discount applied"
