![]() | Win a Free Pass To A4UExpo |
If you missed the early bird bonus and can’t decide whether you want to buy a ticket to the A4UExpo later this month, then you could try and win one! The bad news is this blog isn’t giving one away but a quick look across A4U and there’s some opportunities to bag a ticket for free.
Design a Poster
If you’re feeling creative then this might be for you! Matt of A4U is offering a free pass to the whoever uploads the most creative photo of the A4U poster! The poster can be found in flyers sent out by A4U and also in copies of NMA and Revolution. If you’ve already bought a ticket you can still enter and if you win you’ll get a refund (rather than two free tickets, which would be silly if there was only one of you).
Buy.at Offer Free Tickets
The guys and girls from Buy.at are doing something quite clever and introducing themselves online before the Expo - the idea is to get to know them before you attend so you know who to avoid to chat with about their programs etc. They even have some passes to giveaway! Drop Roz or Warrick a line saying why you deserve a ticket. If you already have a ticket it’s not clear if they’d send you the cash instead!
Is it worth having a go? From a competition point of view, Matt’s poster offer won’t attract many entries, so there’s a good chance of winning - especially if you’re feeling creative. If you’re near a well known landmark you could use that to your advantage (but be careful about defacing property, being caught and ending up banged up inside instead of attending A4UExpo).
The Buy.at competitions are a little bit easier to enter as they’re via email. However, you’re going to impress Roz and Warrick with some serious begging and/or bribary! Worth a go though, as it could mean getting a pass worth a few hundred quid for nowt!
