A4UExpo Becomes An Affiliate & Search Event! July 26th, 2007 10:22 am

If you were unsure about going to the A4UExpo in October, then here’s some news that might help make you change your mind! No, it’s not a bevy of beautiful booth babes (apparently in decline) but a combined affiliate and search event. According to the press release “affiliates4u and Incisive Media today announced their official partnership for the 2007 a4uexpo, which will see the inaugural Affiliate Marketing Conference & Exhibition become the UK’s first combined Search & Affiliate Marketing Event. a4uexpo takes place on October 25 – 26 at ExCel London”.

The release goes on to explain that “Search Engine Strategies (SES) will feature on Day Two of the a4uexpo Conference Programme, and be co-ordinated by Kevin Ryan, Vice President of Global Content at Incisive Media. The SES programme will include seminars and panel discussions offering expert advice and information on how to grow business and improve ROI using the latest solutions in Search Engine Marketing”.

Understanding search is an important part of affiliate marketing, and something many affiliates forget about when starting out in AM. Also, the search area is ever changing and even old timers can pick up new tips and tricks from the experts. This tie-up between these two sectors means that you should benefit from the seminars and discussions and apply them to your sites. If you’ve not signed up to A4UExpo, then do so before July 31st as the early bird rates will be gone by then (which reminds me that I need to sign up too).
