The National Lottery program has launched itself on a second network and it’s Buy.at who have picked up the winning ticket. The commission levels match those on offer over at Tradedoubler, but here’s hoping that Buy.at can conjure up some content units that actually fit into affiliate’s websites! The program was officially launched at the A4U get2gether in London where newly appointed business director Tyson would have said “don’t miss this the boat with this one, make sure you get on board today” had he been there! (Apologies to Tyson and also to Clarke for nicking his missing the boat joke).
Staying onboard with Buy.at, apparently poster printing is the current trend - and with that in mind - PosterXXL have launched their new program. There’s a “free poster” offer to promote, but a user does have to pay postage and packing to get their freebie… might be a fun thing to promote for Christmas!
As an affiliate getting Christmas content now is better than getting Christmas content at Christmas! Leading the charge and sleighing the opposition is Prezzybox who have content units and affiliate promotions galore. Webgains have some merchants ready and organised with banners and content units and Astro Bingo are also parcelled up ready for the festivities.
Affiliate Future are running a “Festive Retail Networking Event on 26th October 2006 in central London. This event represents a great opportunity for discussing business and increasing sales in the run up to the festive season” - great idea - well for London affiliates anyway. This event is by invitation only and places are strictly limited.
Affiliate Future as ever announced the launch of another bunch of new programs including Forbidden Planet, which is being managed by Scifind (yet another affiliate now turned affiliate manager/consultant… they’ll be no affiliates left soon). Dragon’s Den participant Trunki have also launched alongside Rui Hotels, Freedom Flights and Sexy Shoes!
Finally, if you’re in the dark about the headline, then head over to DGM who recently announced the launch of Eclipse Broadband on their network. Earn £35 for residential broadband sales and £40 for business broadband sales.
