![]() | Thank You Zinedine Zidane |
The last few days have been a “fed up with AM” few days. Something’s occasionally manifest which really annoy and there’s often little one can do about it. That feeling may just be a knock-on from having spent the last few days sorting out the remnant problems caused by upgrading vBulletin. You’d think it would be easy! Cookie problems, AOL cache issues, login difficulties and dealing with “it doesn’t work” emails can take it’s toll on one’s wellbeing and general interest. Fortunately all seems to be resolved and having a technically minded business partner most certainly helps… even if by the end of the weekend there was more than a temptation to opt for early retirement.
Anyway onto other things. He may well have headbutted his way off the pitch in the World Cup Final, but Zinedine Zidane’s penalty could be the key to making things in the affiliate marketing world seem a little more bright and rosey. More on that another blog day.
Finally many people get sports injuries. It’d be nice to report that after playing football I was injured and hurt my arm. It would be nice to say whilst playing cricket I was injured and hurt my arm. Unfortunately, I was injured but it was playing air hockey! Not sure what happened, but it was the same injury that occurred whilst …. video boxing! It may have something to do with a shoulder dislocation that I did a long time ago (parking meter leapfrogging) but whatever it is it caused my early retirement as air hockey champion leaving Jude a poor second place!
