TD Aim For New Heights With Advertigo

Tradedoubler have announced that they have bought a company called Advertigo who are a “pay-per-call and contextual advertising technology for SEK 10m (£7.4m)” (according to NMA).

Whether these new technologies will be rolled out to affiliates in the months ahead remains to be seen, but it’s good to think that perhaps there’s new options and methods of advertising for affiliates to implement on the horizon. Pay per call is already being used by Affiliate Window I believe but as far as I know it’s limited in it’s use at this time.

Tradedoubler have recently launched a further improvement to their interface and I have to say they have come on in leaps and bounds too in terms of customer service, response and action. Now if only those product feed guys can sort out a hierarchy, organise a few categories and make sure merchants don’t mess things up too much….

Talking of improvements, DGMPro is starting to show signs of life with sales here and there. A new interface is on it’s way apparently (which is much needed as finding banners and just knowing which merchants are doing what is still farcial). If they can sort that those huge annoyances then this blog may be forced to write something nice about them too (although nice blog posts are limited to once a month, usual grumpiness and general annoyance about affiliate related things will resume shortly).
