No sooner had Google removed one advert from adwords that used our trademark as a trigger then another one appeared. Unfortunately it was over the weekend and we’ve had to wait until Monday morning to take action.
Emails have been sent to Google and the company using our mark. As expected they don’t think they’re breaking any rules [More Details]

It took two phone calls to get the latest trademark problem sorted out.
The first call was to the company involved. They already had ignored all emails to them so a quick call this morning was met with “I’ll speak to our MD”. All in all not particularly helpful and as yet no return call or even an email. Boooooo!

Despite going through the correct process with Google, faxing off details, and for the most part getting a superb service - one company still manages to get their adword adverts out using our trademark as a trigger. I’ve emailed them again today, but last time they ignored the email, so I expect nothing will happen other than [More Details]

Yesterday we received an email from a sweet manufacturer saying “please call me” and not much else of note. I can’t stand those kind of emails, after all if you have a question call me, not tell me to call you. Anyway a reply was sent back asking if there was a problem. The reply [More Details]
