Spyware Target

Reading Keiron’s blog reminded me that we also received an email from a friendly network and were also informed that sections of Loquax were being targeted by 180 Solutions.

I’ve not done anything as yet regarding the sites involved but needless to say a number of complaints will be made to the people involved. Sadly, it probably won’t change anything.

It was once suggested on a4uforum that all affiliates promote anti-spyware to their users as a single unified message. Educating internet users about spyware means you’re helping to remove the threat. Strangely, given that spyware potentially costs affiliates income nothing really materialised.
